Modules & Applications
ScanPlant NG offers process and inventory management using touch screens in production and data collection from relevant systems across the entire factory. In addition, the system is also user-friendly with tools for operational monitoring, reporting, tools for searching full traceability in seconds and more.
ScanPlant NG handle all types of goods, such as raw material, intermdiate goods, finished goods, packaging, spices and other consumables.
The system is modular and includes the following modules:
- Process and Inventory Management
- Order Management (purchasing, production and sales)
- Full Traceability (from supplier to customer)
- Quality Managemernt (including deviation handling, corrective action and route-cause)
- OEE - Stop Time Tracking (stop time, start time, cause, location, etc.)
- Data Integration (SAP, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics AX, C5, etc.)
- Access control (user management with rights)
- Performance monitoring (reporting key figures, yields, waste and efficiency etc.)
- Labelling & Weighing
- Scanning the barcode (1D, 2D, QR, Data Matrix etc)
- Reading of radio tags (RFID)
It’s possible to select only the modules needed to meet your requirement, but over time more modules can be added as the scope increases.
